Purchased your products online?
You can return your products either by mail or by visiting one of our stores.
If you wish to return your products by mail, you can register your return using our return form. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions and your return label.
Print your return label and stick it on the box, place the form listing which products you are returning in the box. Please ensure that returned products meet our return conditions.
Refer to your return instructions to see which delivery service will return your order to us. It is usually easy to find a local location where you can drop off your return package via the delivery service's website.
If you prefer to visit one of our stores, please visit your nearest store (excluding outlet stores) in the same country in which your order was placed. Simply show an employee the QR code in your order confirmation email and we will take care of the rest.
Purchased your products in store?
Simply return to one of our stores with your original receipt and our colleagues will be more than happy to help you. Please take note of the returns policy on the bottom of your (digital) receipt.
Note: returns made with a gift receipt can only be exchanged.
You will of course be given ample opportunity to consider your purchase. You can return your order to us free of charge using our return form. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
Tip: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to your delivered products. You are permitted to make returns using the right of withdrawal.
Exchanges are not possible, but you are very welcome to place a new order to get your hands on your favourite items! The products you wish to return can be returned to us free of charge by using our return form.

Aquí podrás navegar y comprar tal y como lo harías en la web de la tienda o marca desde la península. Tu
experiencia de compra y el surtido al que podrás acceder será exactamente la misma. Syniva solo actúa como
intermediario para poder llevarte el pedido a canarias y puedas ahorrarte el IVA.
Escoge el producto que quieras y añádelo al carrito, te mostraremos el PVP de península y el de Syniva
descontándote el IVA. Así podrás ver claramente lo que te ahorras. El total del resumen de compra incluye todos
los gastos por lo que ¡No te llevarás ninguna “sorpresa” al recibir tu pedido!
Ten encuenta que navegas en la web que la marca o tienda online ofrece a los residentes de la península y es
posible que veas información o condiciones específicas para ese territorio. Recuerda que tienes toda la información
