My product does not work as expected, what should I do now?

Naturally, we want you to enjoy our luxury products optimally. All collections have been compiled with care and tested to guarantee quality. If your product somehow does not completely match your expectations, we would like to hear from you. You will find a unique batch code on almost all our products, this code is very valuable for us to guarantee and improve the quality of our products. That is why we ask you to keep the product in question so that we can examine it further if necessary.

Please contact us to inform us of your product experience and we will be delighted to see how we can assist you further. It would help us greatly if you could also send the batch code of your product. We will then of course ensure that you can once again enjoy your favourite product as soon as possible.

How long can my products be kept?

All cosmetics have a shelf life of at least 2 years when they are stored under the right circumstances and when the packaging is sealed. On the packaging of your specific product, you can find an icon (a number with the letter 'M') that indicates how many months the quality can be guaranteed after opening. In case this icon is not visible on your product, then you can store it for at least two years.

Please store your products in a cool, dry, and dark environment.

Please note: the UV-protection in our sunscreen will decline while being stored, we kindly advise you to consult the packaging for safe use of this product.

The product that I am looking for is not in stock, will it return?

It appears that your favourite item is perhaps more popular than expected. While we of course want to make you happy with a particular product, it may be temporarily unavailable. On our website you can leave your details and we will let you know immediately when you can order your favourite product again.

Can I create my own gift set?

Our Gift Sets are carefully compiled and wrapped in a keepsake box which makes a beautiful gift. If you have other ideas for a gift, you can of course also make a selection of your favourites. We offer gift wrapping at checkout, so your chosen items will arrive beautifully wrapped in a gift bag. You also have the option of adding a personal message card, so your order can be sent directly from us to the lucky recipient.

Can I receive samples of your products?

Great to hear that you are interested in our wonderful products. While we really want you to experience our wonderful fragrances, it is not possible to send samples. On our website you can find extensive information about our collections, fragrances and ingredients.

In addition, you are very welcome to visit one of our stores to discover our unique fragrances. We will be happy to offer personal advice and are ready to offer you a relaxing cup of tea.

Do you sell refill packages of all your products?

We are delighted that you are supporting our approach of reusing, reducing, and recycling!

We currently have refills available for our body creams, as well as our day and night creams. We hope to add far more refills of other products in the future, so that you can continue to enjoy all your favorites in a sustainable way.

I have purchased a refill, how do I use it?

We are happy to see that you have chosen to use our sustainable refills! Below you can discover how you can use our innovative eco-friendly refills:

Face cream: turn the lid of the jar and press the empty filling at the bottom of the container upwards to remove it. Place the refill in the container and press until you hear a click.

Body cream: press lightly on the bottom of your luxury body cream until the empty bottle pops open. Open the refill and press it into the bottle until you hear a click. Your refill is ready for use.

Hand wash: place the original hand soap bottle in the sink and remove the pump. Place the opening of the refill at an angle, facing down in the bottle and squeeze until the refill is empty.

How can I enjoy my candle optimally?

Our scented candles are wonderful to use for a moment of peace and relaxation. This is how to ensure that you can get the maximum enjoyment from your candle:

To allow the top layer to melt equally, we advise you to allow the candle to burn for a minimum of two hours consecutively on first use.
Your candle burns best in a place with little airflow, this ensures that the candle burns as evenly as possible.
Also ensure that a minimum of one centimetre of wax remains in the candle, to ensure that the glass does not overheat and risks breaking.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.

How can I enjoy my fragrance sticks for as long as possible?

You want to enjoy your favourite fragrance for as long as possible at home. To enjoy our fragrance sticks optimally we are delighted to share a few tips with you.

Your fragrance sticks are special rattan sticks, which draw the wonderful scent up naturally and then spread it evenly. It is therefore not necessary to turn the sticks regularly. Are you still looking for a fast scent boost, turn just one single stick.
The air circulation in your house is extremely important to extend the lifespan of your sticks, preferably place these in a place with limited airflow so that the fragrance dissipates less quickly.
While the scent ensures a warm atmosphere in your house during dark winter days, their lifespan is shorter if they are located near a heat source (such as your central heating).
Please bear in mind that the lifespan of the fragrance sticks can vary. You can find this information on the product page. Then you will know exactly what you can expect from your fragrance sticks.

Can you provide skin care advice?

What should I do if I have an allergic reaction?

While all our products have been carefully assembled and tested, in exceptional cases your skin may unexpectedly react to one of our ingredients. This does not necessarily mean that something is wrong with the product, but of course this is not a pleasant experience. If there is a serious reaction, please firstly contact a doctor immediately for medical advice.

If you suspect that you are having an allergic reaction after using one of our products, we always advise to cease using the specific product. We are happy to investigate how we can assist you further. Please contact us on with the following information:

name of the product;
whether the product has been purchased online or in one of our stores;
the type of reaction you experienced;
how long after using the product the reaction occurred;
whether you have contacted a doctor.
