It's nice to welcome you as a new member. Creating a My Rituals account is completely free and allows us to spoil you with regular promotions and plenty of surprises. You can sign up as a member in different ways: via our website, our app and in one of our stores. You can also do this while you are placing an order so that you can immediately enjoy all the benefits.
To take advantage of your membership benefits, make sure to show your (digital) member card or log in to your account whenever you make a purchase with us.
Your level is based on the number of qualifying purchases you make. A qualifying purchase is any transaction that is linked to your account. Only one purchase per day can be counted towards your level, regardless of how many purchases you make that day. Please note that the purchase of a gift card does not count.
Your My Rituals membership card is always within reach! You’ll find your digital member card in your account on the website, in the app and at the bottom of every personalised email. For added convenience, you can easily add it to your digital wallet for quick access on the go.
Prefer a physical card? You’re more than welcome to pick one up at a Rituals store. Please note that availability may vary by location, so we recommend checking with your nearest store in advance.
You can create a new password through our password reset process. After entering your email address during login, you can click the Forgot password link. We will then immediately send you an email with instructions on how to create a new password. In case you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Relations team.
Tip: make sure to check your spam folder for the password reset email.
When you are subscribed to our newsletter, we will inform you whenever you have a gift waiting for you in your account, as well as information about promotions, new products, and events. If you prefer not to receive our newsletter, you can of course opt out - just make sure to check your account regularly, so you don't miss out on any gifts!
To unsubscribe, simply update your preferences in your account or use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Note: After unsubscribing, you’ll still receive emails regarding your orders. To receive certain member gifts like the birthday gift, you must remain subscribed.
You can manage all your data from within your account. Once you are logged in, you can change your name, password or telephone number, add your standard delivery and billing addresses and indicate which communications you wish to receive from us.
Note: It is not possible to adjust your email address in your account. If you would prefer to use a different email address, you can create a new account.
The correct handling of your personal data is extremely important to us. Nevertheless, you may have a reason to want to delete your account. You can of course always inform us of this via the contact form on our website; we will then delete all data that can be traced back to you as quickly as possible (except the data that we are permitted or obligated to keep by law).
Note: you will lose the benefits of your account. Perhaps you would prefer to just unsubscribe from our newsletter?
