We want you to get the most out of your shopping experience with us, so we offer a number of ways that you can enjoy your purchase even more. Make sure to register for a My Rituals account, which allows you to benefit from even more promotions and surprises. You can expect, among other things:
 
  • A gift with your order: we are happy to treat you to a gift with orders above a minimum purchase amount. As a My Rituals member, you will receive a maximum of one gift per order; choose which one you prefer in your shopping cart.
  • Thank you gift: we will treat you to an additional gift with your second order as a My Rituals member.
  • Birthday gift: we love to celebrate your special day with you. You will receive a gift from us if you purchase at least one product. In order to receive a birthday gift, you must have an account, your date of birth must be known to us and you need to be subscribed to our newsletter.
  • Special offer: updated montly, this promotion is a great opportunity to try new products at a special rate. You can purchase a maximum of three products at the promotional price, stocks permitting.
  • Online outlet: enjoy all your (previous) favourites at a reduced rate. The online outlet is not available during our sales.

My discount has not been deducted

Of course, we understand that you want to fully enjoy all your benefits. There are multiple reasons why your discount may not have been deducted. We advise you to check the conditions of your promotion. We list the most common scenarios below.

  • Ensure that you are logged into your account.
  • Please bear in mind that you cannot use a discount code for products in the online-outlet/sale.
  • You can use a maximum of one discount code per order.
  • Our Special Offer rate is valid for a maximum of three products.
  • Our gift at the time of purchase also counts as a promotion and cannot be combined with discount codes.
  • Your promotion cannot be used in combination with our Amsterdam Collection or Limited Editions.
  • The promotion has expired and is no longer valid.
We are happy to surprise you with a gift with your order above a certain purchase amount. You will receive a maximum of one gift per order; you can choose in your shopping cart which gift you want to receive. It is also possible to upgrade to our Premium or Deluxe gift online. Ensure that you are logged into your account when ordering so that you can immediately make a choice.

Please note that gift wrapping and shipping costs do not contribute to this minimum amount.

Have you received a discount code that you want to redeem with your order? You can easily add this to your shopping cart on our (mobile) website or on the Rituals app.

Does your discount code not work? We advise you to check the conditions of your discount code. Perhaps it has expired, or cannot be combined with a promotion/discount code that is already in your shopping cart.

Tip: If this does not succeed, then you can also place an order via WhatsApp, Messenger, or by phone. We will be happy to help you over a nice cup of tea. We can place your order and also offer advice or assistance to help you make the right choice.

Naturally, we never like to say goodbye to our collections, but fortunately we occasionally see old favourites return to our online outlet. This reunion is then extra special, as you can also enjoy our reduced outlet prices here.

You can find our outlet exclusively online and products are available as long as stocks last. In view of the fact that these products are often not restocked in our range, we advise you not to delay in placing your order.

We will send you an email when your birthday gift is available on your account. You can claim this by purchasing a minimum of one product, either in our stores or on our website or app. A gift for you and a gift from us - never forget that it is important to treat yourself.
