A lack of confidence or a general feeling of unease can touch us all, this flow will help you to feel like you again. 

“This too shall pass”, it’s a well-known saying but one that is resoundingly true. Bad days, testing moments, and trying times come and go.  
 
Inspired by the constant movement of life, this mandala yoga flow will have you flowing around the mat, 360 degrees. It’s a physical reminder that there are cycles and seasons of life, and that we have the power to move through them authentically, to feel our feelings and to grow with each passing cycle.

Karli Nyugat-Ausztrália sivatagos vidékének szülöttje és neveltje. Jelenleg Amszterdamban él. Karli melegszívű és elhivatott oktató. Fiziológiai és pszichológiai aspektusból szemléli a jógát. Megmutatja a pózok kitartásában és a mozgásban rejlő nehézséget és könnyedséget.
Hisz abban, hogy a napi rítusok és a naponta végzett jógázás segítségével szerényebben, odaadóbban és elmélyültebben vehetünk részt a világ dolgaiban, valamint nagyobb kiegyensúlyozottságot és mélyebb nyugalmat érezhetünk a mindennapjainkban.
