My order

Your order confirmation will generally arrive within an hour of the completion of your order. Make sure to also check your spam folder if you have not received it yet. If it has not arrived, check whether the purchase amount has been deducted from your account. If this is the case, you can safely assume that the order has been successful. You can also find your order number in the payment reference.

Please inform us if you have not received confirmation a few hours after placing your order, so we can let you know if everything has gone well.
We may have to amend your order before we dispatch it, for example when items are out of stock or can't be delivered to your address due to shipment restrictions with our carrier. Naturally, we will inform you which products are on their way to you, and we will refund the purchase amount of the cancelled products.

Received your order but don’t see the cancelled amount in your account yet? Then we will be happy to assist you further by contacting us with your order number.
There is a printed batch code on every Rituals product. The batch code is unique to a certain batch of products, which helps us to identify when and where the product was produced. This information allows us to optimise the quality of our products.

Usually, you can find this code printed at the on the bottom or the side of your product, but it can also be embossed on the product packaging.

The batch code is printed on the product itself (or on top or under a sticker) and is not part of the artwork. Please note that the batch code should not be confused with the barcode.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Of course, you may accidentally make the incorrect choice, or change your mind. After placing your order, we can no longer change this for you. After receiving your products you can of course return them within 30 days, free of charge.

Unpacking your Rituals order is almost as exciting as opening a gift. That’s why we do everything we can to deliver your products properly. Has unpacking your order been an unpleasant surprise instead because something is missing or damaged? Please inform us how we may assist you, so that you can enjoy your latest purchases as quickly as possible.

Tip: if you’ve ordered multiple or large products and your order is incomplete, always check if we are delivering your order in multiple parts.

We will be delighted to wrap your gifts for you! You can choose in the shopping cart whether you would like one or multiple products to be wrapped, and whether they should be wrapped separately or together. Here you can also add a personal message for the recipient.

Please note: we do not wrap our gift sets, Private Collection fragrance sticks, Perfume Genie, Kitchen set, The Ritual of Advent, XL/XXL/XXXL candles, Soulwear Collection or Amsterdam Collection fragrance sticks. We have paid extra attention to package these beautifully so that they can be a wonderful surprise to give.

There can be various reasons why we have to cancel your order and refund the purchase amount. You can safely assume that your order is no longer coming, please place another order. In this way you can still enjoy your favourites as quickly as possible.
