A lack of confidence or a general feeling of unease can touch us all, this flow will help you to feel like you again. 

“This too shall pass”, it’s a well-known saying but one that is resoundingly true. Bad days, testing moments, and trying times come and go.  
 
Inspired by the constant movement of life, this mandala yoga flow will have you flowing around the mat, 360 degrees. It’s a physical reminder that there are cycles and seasons of life, and that we have the power to move through them authentically, to feel our feelings and to grow with each passing cycle.

Karli syntyi ja vietti lapsuutensa ja nuoruutensa Länsi-Australian aavikolla, ja tätä nykyä hän asuu Amsterdamissa. Siirtymien hetkinä hänen meditaatio-opettajansa tapasi aina sanoa, että ”koti on sydämessä, koti on tässä ja nyt, ole yksinkertainen, ole kotona”. Hänen joogaharjoituksensa auttaa häntä löytämään kodin kehossaan ja hengityksessään olipa hän missä tahansa.
Hänen opetustyylinsä on lämmin ja ymmärtäväinen. Hän lähestyy joogaa fysiologisesta ja psykologisesta näkökulmasta. Häntä kiehtoo vaivattomuus ja helppous sekä pysähtyneisyydessä että liikkeessä.
Karli uskoo, että luomalla päivittäisiä rituaaleja joogan avulla voimme elää maailmassa nöyremmin ja myötätuntoisemmin, olla paremmin läsnä ja löytää enemmän tasapainoa ja mielentyyneyttä päivittäisessä elämässämme.
